DV Business Solutions is delighted to announce that Rocío Amador and Álvaro Restrepo have joined the firm in the Banking and Finance and Corporate Practice Groups.
Rocío has long-standing experience advising financial institutions, investment advisers, brokerage firms, insurers, multilateral organizations, service companies, companies registered with SUGEF for the purpose of preventing money laundering, and others in cross-border financial transactions and regulatory matters. Rocío comes to DV Business Solutions from Dentons, where she was of counsel in the Firm’s Banking and Finance practice.
Álvaro has focused on guiding international clients seeking to invest, live, and carry out business throughout the country. His clients rely on him to bridge cultural gaps and provide all the relevant information to make the most effective decisions. During his 14 years at Dentons, he assisted leading and managing its Guanacaste office for 7 years. He also has more than 15 years of experience as a Notary Public.
